At Panama Jack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
